I've been collecting unemployment since March after losing my job in March. Recently, I started a new job and was asking Google how to report that to unemployment. Google said I committed fraud because I worked on a Friday I didn't realize I'd be working.

I had gotten a job offer through Amazon, and even though I reported the job offer to unemployment, I was told by unemployment that I could still collect until I actually started working. My start date was supposed to be this coming Friday, but they moved it up to Friday of the week of the 12th.

Because of that, I ended up claiming for the week I actually started working, without realizing it. When I looked up what I needed to do to report this to unemployment, Google said I committed fraud.

So my question is: did I commit fraud by claiming for a week I didn't realize I'd be working? And if so, what should I do, since I won't be able to pay the money back right now
