Custody Concerns
Location: WV
At my exs apartment, it’s a small 3 bedroom, and there is 4 adults and 8 children living there now, 4 of my own children, and soon to be a 9th child, a newborn.
She also refuses to return my children’s Xbox, regularly late or ghosts pickup and drop off times, does not meet at the court ordered location, and refuses to communicate via app close as we have agreed on in court (at her protests) numerous times.
Additionally, my 7 year old daughter has been telling me that “mommy says you’re not actually my dad” and “mommy told me that she hopes you die soon”, and also my ex texted me the other day telling me to “tell those fucking kids thanks for making me lose my job because I don’t have a baby sitter”.
She previously had supervised visitation only and CPS found nothing wrong (the kids didn’t live with her then, so of course there was “no issue”).
What can realistically be done about this?
When I raised very serious concerns about drug and alcohol abuse and physical abuse complaints from the kids, her and her affair partner called CPS and reported me for “sexually exploiting” my daughters.
Tonight my kids tell me that they no longer even have the remaining of their two bedrooms (3 girls one boy) and the new kids who moved in took it, and they have to share the bedroom or sleep on the couch together. The other children are 3 girls, 1 boy, and there’s an adult male, and 2 other women living there.
