Dad Opened A Credit Card In My Name (17m)

Location: Missouri
I found out my dad opened a credit card in my name back in 2024 when i was around 15. I am now 17, turning 18 in one week. He must’ve changed my birth date because i don’t know any other way around how he could’ve possibly done it. He also just opened another credit card in my name and didn’t tell me about it either, and he did that in May. he says it was to help build my credit, but I see so many late payments that I’m sure my credit is screwed and it will affect me. I’m not sure how much is owed on either of these cards, but I can’t assume it’s more than a few thousand dollars. Either way though, I know he’s accumulated so many missed/late payments that I don’t know what the number could be. I really don’t know what to do. I don’t want to put my dad under criminal charges and potentially have him go to jail but I can’t have this affect the next 7 years of my life before I even turn 18. I can’t pay down and be burdened with someone else’s debt. Me and my dad have a good bond and it’s not like I don’t ever see him. I live with him, and I’m still in my senior year of high school. I genuinely don’t know what to do. I know it’s probably impossible but would there be any way to get these completely off my credit history without sending my dad to jail preferably?
