Daughter Hacked Into My Devices And Used Them Against Me

Card image cap

Me (45yoF) have been with my partner for 8 years. We are not married but live(d) together. His daughter has a mental health disorder and an enmeshed relationship with him. She decided that she wanted me out of the picture and managed to attach her device to my Apple ID. For 8 months I was cyber-attacked; passwords changed, emails discarded, etc, etc. While her device is no longer on mine, she somehow still has access. I have a data forensics person working on setting up a secure new phone for me. Her father moved out 2 months ago after she presented information to him from an anonymous Reddit post in which I mentioned how devastating the hacking has been.

My question, is there any legal recourse for this? I feel like hacking into someone's devices, reading all of their text messages, emails, etc for the clear purpose of ruining someone's life should hold some accountability.

I would appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you!
