Delayed Registration Of Birth

Hi everyone I’m new to Reddit I just made this account to seek any sort of legal advice for the situation I’m in I don’t have money for any attorneys and can’t find any free legal advice. Long story short I was born at home and have never been documented or registered anywhere at anytime, no doctor visits, no baptisms, no evidence of me ever being born. I’ve been researching for years how to get this fix since I am now 20, I do not know my father and my mother has thrown this off all my life but is now willing to help. I was born in California and since I have no way to prove my birth I’ll need to go through the court system to get a judge’s signature in order to vouch for my story and have the health department register my birth. But I’m having trouble with starting the court process since the courts are unfamiliar with the process because it’s uncommon and the health department doesn’t know the specifics of the legal process so I’m sorta stuck. I know it’ll fall under family law since the health department said so but I’m not sure where to go or what to tell the clerks after that…I’ve been to the superior court in my city multiple times and each time they said they can’t help me or don’t deal in those matters. So please please please help me I’m begging I’m not sure what to do.
