Delivery Drivers And Posted Trespassing Signs

Card image cap

Location: Missouri

I have been having issues with a neighbor. I have had both uber drivers and delivery drivers pull into my neighbor's driveway for no more than a minute despite my instructions not to pull into my neighbor's driveway. On more than one occasion when they pulled into the neighbor's driveway she got verbally abusive with me over it. I have reviewed laws for Missouri and it seems that unless a no trespassing sign is posted or the driver causes property damage, neither the driver nor me can get in any sort of legal trouble. Recently though they have posted a no trespassing sign, although it is far from the road so I am not sure if that particular sign passes regulations for being visible by anybody would would potentially try to pull into their driveway for whatever reason. Since I am aware of the sign, so I know I would not want to get out of an uber while they're pulled into the wrong driveway, but my question is concerning a delivery driver. Would I be legally liable if my delivery driver pulls into a driveway that has a no trespassing sign posted, albeit far back enough where it may or may not be valid? I include in my delivery instructions very clear instructions not to pull into the wrong driveway and also how to identify my house but unfortunately there are people who slip through the cracks that do not like to listen to clear instructions
