Do I Have A Case? I'm I Entitled?

Am I entitled to reimbursement and per diem? What are my rights?

Background: former employee is still reviewing if I am entitled to reimbursement and Per diem.

LOCATION: Guam

Management requested that I work at a different location which I ended up paying for my accommodations. Management told me they were lacking cash flow so I insisted they can reimburse base on exact cost and not based on our per diem policy. Exact cost was $1900 vs $3500 for per diem.

While working at this different location, I was asked to work the weekend to welcome a new employee from a different country. I agreed, but the employee didn't arrive on their expected date. He was rerouted and stranded because of the whole missile crisis. So by the time he arrived he did not have money for accommodations. Which I ended paying for. I paid for food, car and lodging. I only submitted reimbursement for hotel and car which totaled around $400

I was advised by the CFO to turn in my receipts for reimbursement. CEO is telling me it's still under review, that there is no written agreement to any of this, and that basically she never discussed reimbursing me for anything. Which is a total lie.

I submitted my receipts in June 2025, I resigned in October 2025, and now it is January 2026 and still no response.

Do I have a case? Mind you, I had to move to an entirely different zip code.

Please let me know. Thanks in advance
