Dumpster Rental

Card image cap

Location: Orange County, California.
We payed $1380 for 2 40 yard dumpster. They dropped off our first dumpster on October 7 with a 7-day pickup scheduled for October 14, but they never showed up.
After the bin sat through heavy rainstorms for days, I had to text them on October 19 just to remind them to pick up their own equipment, which they finally collected on October 20. Four days later, on October 24, they hit us with an inflated $810 overage fee for thousands of pounds of rainwater absorbed because of their delayed pickup. When we questioned it, they held our second dumpster hostage, explicitly threatening not to pick it up unless we paid the $810 on the spot. Even though we already paid $2,190 total for both dumpsters, they are now trying to demand an additional $598.50, spamming our credit card with unauthorized charge attempts multiple times a day and sending text threats about property liens on the home the dump was dropped off even though homeowner never came in contact or signed a contract with them.
