Engraving Company Is Selling Products Using My Late Grandfather’s Handwriting From A Custom Order. Do I Have Any Rights Here?

Location: Ohio

Earlier this year I ordered a custom cutting board as a gift for my mom. I sent the company a scan of an old recipe card written by my grandfather before he passed away. They engraved the recipe exactly as he wrote it, including his handwriting and this little drawing he always used to put next to his signature.

A friend sent me their website yesterday because the company is now selling a whole set of kitchen products using the exact handwriting from his recipe card. Same words, same little drawing and everything. They call it their "heritage script" design.

I emailed them assuming it was some mistake. They replied saying that by uploading the image for my order I gave them permission to reproduce the design and that the digital version they created is their property.

I checked the terms on their site and there is language about letting them use uploaded material to fulfill orders, but I don't see anything clearly saying they can turn it into products and sell it.

Do I or my family actually have any rights over something like handwriting from a personal letter or recipe card? I'm not looking for some huge payout, I mostly just want them to stop selling it.
