Ex Stole My Dog

Ex and I broke up after 9 years. We shared 2 dogs. 1 is in her name, 1 is in mine. Have proof of purchase and my name is on everything on the one. Had been doing shared custody visits weekly, this last week she said both of the dogs were legally hers and not to contact her anymore. I got an email from AKC that I was removed from the paperwork as an owner. Previously the paperwork only had my name on it, so I’m assuming she logged in, changed the owner from me to her, and now is claiming the dog is hers legally (even though AFAIK her changing it this way is highly illegal). Going to contact AKC immediately and have this reversed, but I’m wondering what can I do? I have plenty of things proving he’s mine including vet records I paid (I paid like 90% of the bills), vet records have my last name on them, a pet insurance policy for him under my name with several claims made, ESA registration in my name, as well as proof of purchase in my name alone, etc. she’s holding both dogs, what can I do to get my dog back and press charges?
