Family Conspired To Take Custody Of My Children

Wife + 4 kids (2 adult, 11, and 4).
Wife relapsed late 2025 after years clean. We were actively arranging paid detox (insurance refused coverage) for the week of Feb 15. On Feb 9, ~20 people—including my mom, sister, her mom, friends, and a paid interventionist my mom hired—showed up unannounced. They also targeted me. I repeatedly offered to drug-test on the spot (even watched). They refused. I told them to leave and started cutting storm-damaged limbs. Within 10 minutes everyone was gone—including my wife and our 4-year-old (11-year-old was already with my niece by prior permission).
My mom later said my wife “agreed” to a 6–9 month program in Kentucky (she would never leave the kids that long) and that my sister had taken the 4-year-old. Family cut contact. The interventionist had coordinated the removal. Next day my wife called: the place wasn’t medical detox and she needed to leave or risk seizures/stroke. I picked her up. Between then and the pickup I was frantically searching for the kids while family hid them.
That night I stopped by my sister’s (last known location of my son) with my wife in the car, lightly knocked, and left when no one answered. Police arrested me 15 minutes later at a McDonald’s for attempted aggravated burglary (and other charges later dropped as baseless). I sat 10 days in jail; no one would bond me out despite available funds. The interventionist had told the family to call police if I appeared looking for the kids and allegedly coached my sister to stage a window-screen removal (impossible from outside; I have the door code).
They used the jail time + my wife’s detox to claim negligence and file a petition packed with lies. It was so over-the-top they had to withdraw it. We still don’t have the kids. We’re jumping through DCS hoops, have been denied due process repeatedly, and haven’t even had a preliminary custody hearing. I have proof of the coordination and lies. I want accountability from my sister and the interventionist.
