Family Friend's Motorcycle Has Been In Our Possession For 30 Years, What Should I Do With It?

When I was a kid I had a friend who's mom had to move away and couldn't take her 70's CB125 with her so she stashed it with us and told us she'd come get it. This was sometime in the mid 90s.

We kept in touch for a few years after that but eventually she went radio silent and we didn't have a way to contact her. At some point I found her through her art studio name sometime in the mid 2000s and she expressed disinterest in coming to get her motorcycle but since then we just put it in our garage and pretty much forgot about it.

So it's currently on my dad's property that he recently left me and this whole property is full of old vehicle projects that I don't have the skills or money to fix. Most of them are in his name and he's told me he knows where all the titles are so I'm not worried about most of it, but this little motorcycle is anomalous.

I did some googling and it seems like my only options are to somehow find a way to get her to release interest in the motorcycle, which I doubt she has the title still even if I can get a hold of her, or basically give it to a impound lot and let them auction it off. Honestly it's still in good shape and kind of a cool little motorcycle, and has some weird nostalgia attached to it, so I'd like to avoid just giving it away if possible. Honestly I'd probably try to fix it up and give it to one of my kids eventually.
