Gathering Financial Information For Incapacitated Family Member [texas]

My uncle suffered from a brain stroke two weeks ago, he is 64 years. He lived with his wife of over 35 years. They have no kids. There has been minimal progress and he remains unconscious within the ICU. The doctors have recommended that we start looking for care facilities to help rebuild his strength outside of the hospital setting.

Given this direction by the doctors, we need to understand the financial picture for my aunt.

Unfortunately, my aunt who has been a stay at home wife, for the entire duration of the marriage has no information about any of his debit accounts retirement accounts or any other investments he may have. She is his next of kin, but we are not sure if her name has been listed as a beneficiary on any accounts. We also do not have access to his phone pin. He has a iPhone. Is anyone aware of any way of getting access to this information even if we have to go through legal avenues.

My main question is what avenues can my aunt take to gather this information? What type of lawyer should we hire to help us investigate what other steps can we do to uncomplicate this riddle?

I am their only niece and like a daughter to them all I want is for my aunt to be financially aware and for my uncle to receive as best care as we can provide for them.

What can we do legally to help my aunt get all of this information and build a proper financial image of what is accessible to her? Based on the amount of funds available, we can make a prudent decision about the type of care that is reasonably affordable for the family.
