Gaurdian Of Child Stealing His Medication Etc

When my son was an infant I had to sign away my rights and my sister adopted him. I have since gotten clean and stay sober. Here's the issue..she has kept him out kf school and all his therapies for the past 3 years..because shes out of control woth taking his adhd medication. Our own mother went to rehab for doing the same thing tk her son's adhd medication. Addiction runs in the family. The only difference is im in therapy and work every single day to be a better person but with my rights signed away...how do I right this wjthout the state just taking him away? Hes 12 and he loved with us abd his adult brother and my retired military father. He will be learning the truth this week when me and my boyfriend explain it tk him. I dknt want my bits separated and to lose my youngest entirely bht my lovely sister is an abusive narcissist that literally dksnt hesitate to say the most awful negative things to a child because she is obsessed with tryjng to force them to love her more and to be "mom". She even confused him to the point he calls us both mom abd never once corrected it I kinda suspect she told him to call her that when he was a toddler. Idk what to do but he should be in school and therapy and the aggression level with her is just rising, she goes through a month of the stimulant in about a week and half to two weeks time. Shes gonna end up in prison with ny son taken away from us or OD in front of them. Please...what can I even do, what steps do I start taking here?
