Girl Is Trying To Accuse Me Of Rape After Having Consensual Intercourse.

I’m a 20 year old male, location: ohio. Over the weekend I was at a party at OSU where I had sex with another girl. We were both a bit tipsy but everything was consensual and I was pretty there. We had sex and even spent the night together. Next morning, nothing was off, even had sex again.

I get a message from one of her friends saying “you should be ashamed of yourself” and a bunch of other shit. Apparently she told her friends I forced myself onto her and so on. Threatening getting me expelled and taking it to the police if I ever mentioned it.

Everything was consensual, in fact she was the one to come onto to me. The rumor alone could ruin me but I’m extremely worried about losing my scholarship or even going to jail over something that was completely consensual. I don’t know how to go about this or what to do but I feel like legal action is needed.

Turns out she has a boyfriend and I’m guessing she doesn’t want what happened to be spread, which I never intended. Could I sue her for blackmail or anything or should I just leave this situation alone. It’s taken a great toll on my mental health and honestly am just scared of being labeled a rapist.
