Girlfriend Hit And Run In My Vehicle

Location: New Jersey

My girlfriend was involved in a hit and run in my vehicle. By involved I mean she hit a parked car and left. Didn't leave a note or anything. I was not aware until I got home from work and she told me about it. The damage to my vehicle is minimal. Most of it will buff out, and a little touch up paint should make it look as good as new. I do not know the extent of the damage to the other vehicle. Needless to say I will no longer be lending her my car.

It happened in a parking lot where I believe there are cameras and may have been witnesses. I have not heard anything from the police yet, but it hasn't even been a day. What should I do if the police contact me? Should I just tell them she was driving? Or should I just respectfully refuse to answer any questions? Obviously I don't want to be blamed or charged with anything, but I'd prefer not to throw her under the proverbial bus either if possible. Also, can I be charged with anything just for being aware of it and not reporting it? I mean, I wasn't at the scene or anything. I don't feel like I should be responsible for reporting it. Although it was my vehicle and it's insured in my name. What should I do?
