Guy I Dated Keeps Leaving Voicemails And Sent Me An Email Regardless Of Being Blocked On All Platforms. Its Been 8 Months. What Steps Should I Make?

Location: Toronto, Ontario.

I dated this guy a 1.5yrs ago and I ended it in Nov 2024 after only 2-3 months of being together. Since then, he's sent me some horrible things, then would apologize the next day saying he's sorry and he didn't mean it. This would be the pattern every few months, sometimes a few weeks.

At first, I believed him until he did it probably 3 times. Last summer I made the mistake on hearing him out and giving him a call back. I told him we can be friends if there's no intentions on his end to get into a relationship with me. Stupid me because 2 months later he told me he can't be friends with me if I'm going to be with someone else one day.

The pattern happened again where he would contact me every few days saying he's sorry, then switch gears and call me a whore, bitch, all the names in the book and other horrible things. Then apologize.

He's probably contacted me 6 times since then leaving voicemails, emailing me from an e-transfer I sent him when I first started seeing him, and every time he finds me on any platform, tries to communicate to me through there. I've blocked his phone number (but he's still able to leave voicemails), on facebook, instagram, tiktok, whatsapp, and I think even snapchat. I'm not sure what other platforms I tried blocking him on but everytime he finds me, I block him.

I'm currently on hold with my local police non-emergency number and planning on going in person to speak with someone if they keep me on hold for another hour. I didn't keep any data since I thought it would just stop which is stupid of me. I have the email he sent me and his most recent voicemail which was from today. Just not sure what else I need to do.
