Hospital Gave My Preemie Someone Else's Milk And Wants To Test Me?

Card image cap

Location: Knoxville TN. So long story short I have a preemie currently in the NICU. The hospital informed me yesterday that they gave my son someone else's milk by accident and would be testing the mom of the source milk for any communicable diseases as well as a virus called cmv. The test for communicable diseases came back clear but the cmv test is a send off. They now are saying they need to test me for the same and I feel like I should decline? I have absolutely nothing to hide but I feel like it's just a way for them to cover themselves in case the mom comes back positive. My worry is if she comes back positive for CMV and they test my blood and it is also positive for CMV they will be able to claim no fault. I have asked and my milk did not get given to another baby so I know that is not their worry. They are being extremely pushy and implying that I do not have a choice. Should I just let them test me?

edit to add: If he began showing signs of cmv or if the other mom's test came back positive I would most likely have legal counsel and agree to testing. It seems unnecessary and sketchy from my point of view. They made it seem medically necessary yet the cdc guidelines say nothing regarding testing the mom of the infant, only the "source" mom.
