How To Offer Dd Drives And Protect Myself Legally?
Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
Flairing as DUI as I am unsure what else to use for this!
I am 21F, if it matters.
My friend was recently killed in a DUI crash. Since then, I have been offering to be the DD for my other friends if/when they go out. I only ask for $10 roundtrip, $15/20 for holidays, which an uber costs at least $15 one way and usually $30 for the ride back at 2am on a nonholiday. I usually stay with my friends throughout the night as a sort of "mom" figure, but sometimes I drive back and then come back to pick them up since all the clubs are only a 10min drive for me.
I seem to be popular because the initial friend group has "recommended" me to their friends and I have a lot of people asking to "schedule" me for a lack of better terms to DD them to and fro places.
I want to extend this offer to *anyone* and make posts on social media to advertise this since it seems to be a pretty good deal for people and doing this gives me peace of mind and helps me cope with the loss of my friend.
Is there any way I can safely and legally advertise this? I don't want it to affect my insurance or result in any issues in that regard, nor do I want this to cause issues for me legally for any reason.
