How To Start The Process Of Getting My Mom Checked To See If She's Fit To Take Care Of Her Mom, So Custody Could Be Given To Me If She's Not?

My mom is INCREDIBLY bipolar, refusing to take medicine or therapy or any sort of treatment. They have manic episodes all the time, and can't even take care of herself, let alone her old Mom.

For instance :

I had to put my foot down to get her to bring her mom to the ER to get a paxlovid prescription because she was not only refusing to take her, but chose not to take paxlovid herself and got her mom sick in the first place.

She goes to the prescription place, and it costs 600$, she states she'll be home and we could talk about it. She comes home and apparently took out a 600$ loan and already gave my Grandma the medicine. I was 600$ deep, and was already low enough.

After a lot of researching, I found that paxcess patient support program would cover not only the intial payment; but could be used to get a refund if you bought it previously (probably a date limit tho).

Got the refund, went to tell my mom and she was LIVID. Like, screaming at the top of her lungs about how I went behind her back doing this (hypocritically she actually did just that), etc. She's currently stomping REALLY loud throughout the house. This isn't anything compared to the rest she does, but I figured that was a little example.

Any suggestions where to start? Because not gunna lie, I feel like I'm gunna break down.
