I Borrowed Money From Someone And At The Time Agreed To Pay Them Back Double. I Payed Them Back 500 Over What They Lent A Week Later And Kind Of Told Them To Kick Rocks.
I want to preface this entire situation with the fact that I’m a sex worker and the person I borrowed from was a client/customer I have seen a few times.
I had money but needed a form of digital currency to pay for an emergency. I asked the client if he would help me pay it and I would pay him back within roughly a week and a half. I did pay him back on time + 500.
The original agreement was that I would send him double what he helped me with (I agreed in desperation at the time). He lent me 3030 total. I sent him 3530. And he was expecting me to send him another 3000. He was also expecting free sexual services in return for the loan on top of the additional 3000.
I was kind of thinking he would also realize in the after math that this was kind of outrageous and not ask for it but today he hit me up for it (a week after I sent him the 3530). I think he believes he can take me to small claims court over this but in the text exchange where he wanted a contract between us he was also requesting free “services” from me and I feel like any court would see this as a red flag. ????
Should I be at all worried in a legal sense?
