I Know The People Living Next To Me Need To Go To Jail, Dog Fighting, Cruelty Towards Animals, But I Just Don’t Know How To Make Anyone Listen

My neighbors next door are legitimately dangerous criminals, I just have no idea how to actually deal with them or how to get them out of my neighborhood. Also I do have to say, if you’re sensitive to animals being abused please read with caution, these people are fucked and I do go into some detail.

They have a dog fighting business going on, at least an amateur one. I have seen it, they take their dogs and make them fight each other until they’re nearly passed out, and if the dogs don’t want to fight I have seen them beat them with metal rods instead to get some sort of pleasure out of it. It sounds so cartoonish with how awful it is, but they legitimately laugh and make bets on the pain of these living creatures.

Besides that, they treat them horribly in different ways, they leave the puppies they breed out in the southern heat with no water or shade for hours on end, literal days sometimes without food. The dogs aren’t allowed inside, they also don’t have a fence so the dogs roam everywhere nearby including my yard, and have even tried to make some sort of little nest on my porch. They charge at us, I’m not very strong at all and we do have documented cases of rabies in the neighborhood from mid last year, I think anyone could understand how this is nerve wracking.

The men outside also cat call me frequently, they call me their “baby girl”, I’m not even comfortable going outside anymore because when it’s not them it’s the fucking dogs. I did look up my sex offender registry and one of the guys almost looks exactly like the main dude who creeps on me the most, along with having an alias as the guy on the registry.

I have some videos, they’re not very good because I’m afraid of getting caught, all of them talk openly about raping women and murdering people and I obviously want to keep myself far away from all of that.

And before anyways asks I have called the cops, we have shown them the bits of footage I’ve gotten, the other neighbors have all called before too because these people also just scream everything, and have large violent arguments frequently where I think one person even tried to shoot the other once. The cops don’t really seem to care, they just kind of come down the street and then leave.

Literally what am I supposed to do with this, what the fuck, how are people even this terrible and disgusting
