I’m Being Harassed & Doxxed Online, What Are My Options?

Almost a month ago now somebody began sending me threatening messages through strawpage. The messages included my full name, place of work, the city I live in, and threats to get me fired from my job (my boss is aware of the situation). I reported all of the messages but received no help so I shut down my strawpage. However that didn’t stop them. They moved onto tumblr, and at this point, have created 3 blank profile accounts to continue harassing me. They now have my address and entire families’ phone numbers, and have been sending me photos of my house from Google street view along with insulting/taunting messages.

This person has also been trying to hack into any and all accounts I have, on all social media & other sites, even ones that don’t share emails or usernames. Because of this I was able to obtain their IP address, as one of the password reset emails included the IP of where the request was sent from and I have discovered this person lives in Colorado, but that’s my only lead.

I’m fully prepared to go to the police at this point since reporting them on tumblr & ignoring them hasn’t gotten me anywhere, but I’m wondering if I have an actual case? I’ve been told that nothing they’re doing is actually illegal but I’m not certain of that. I just don’t know what else to do considering it’s been almost a month and they won’t give it up. And yes I have screenshots/records of everything they’ve done. I’d appreciate any advice, thanks :)

Edit: forgot to add that in a previous post, I mentioned bomb threats to my job. That turned out to be slang I misinterpreted (“boss nuke”), so I can’t use that in my case unfortunately.
