I Was Splashed In The Face With Hot Oil While Cleaning The Grill, Am I Eligible For Workmans Comp? I Am A Minor.

Location: Oregon

I have a total of 3 burns, one is a little over an inch by half an inch, and there are two thumb print sized burns, they are all blistering, Im praying I don't end up with scars all over my face.

im honestly just thankful that I wasn't blinded, and I wasnt going to say anything because Ive been burnt pretty badly before, but with them being on my face, and how much I've been fucked over by the company over the past 2 years and my two weeks ending in a couple days, my mom is encouraging me to make a stink about it.

I am 17 years old, and was never provided with any sort of formal training on how to clean the grill, I was literally just winging it, Ive never had to do it before because I've only even been an opener, and the few times I did close kitchen my coworker was able to do it for me. Anyway, thank you for reading this far! Im struggling to find any information about what is considered enough to file a complaint for.
