my initial doctor made a bunch of mistakes that caused liver failure, and ruined my gallbladder, i confronted her about it in the medical portal and told her i was reporting her to the medical board.

i work in the same hospital and two days later my security badge was disabled forcing me to not be able to do my job, they started issuing disciplinary points, my badge was finally reinabled after i threatened legal action

they in turn deleted all of my portal messags

ive tried getting lawyers on it, but having your life completely and irreparably destroyed by medication isnt worth enough for a lawsuit, neither is the workplace retaliation.

i requested the hospital send me my full designated record set and audit trail/log in its native formats, instead they sent me a doctored flattened pdf version that tells me nothing, when i wrote them back saying they had been non compliant, they again, disabled my badge in the workplace

am i losing my mind here? why can i not get any justice?

the hospital almost killed me, lied about it, covered up the evidence, retaliated against me when i reported them for doing it, retaliated again when i asked for my full record

who do i turn to, how do i get help with this, all i see is a bunch of people in high power pointing and laughing as i squirm helplessly on the floor.
