Im Trying To Get My Ex Out Of My House And Was Told To Post Here.

My ex (39m) and I (42f) have been broken up for 2 years now and I'm sick of him being in my house. We have never been married. Location: west virginia. I want to move on with my life. We have two children together (12f) and (8m). He does absolutely nothing. I work over 50 hours a weekand come home and have to make the kids do their chores and i have to help clean up. He will make dinner and thats about it. I bought a new zeroturn lawn mower and he wont mow the grass. There's a water leak that he wont fix thats doubling our water bill. He plays playstation all day in my dinning room and works 2 or 3 days every other week but gets paid salary so he makes more then I do. I got a vehicle so I have something thats mine that he cant take away. I mentioned to him about selling the other vehicle and getting an apartment of his own. He says hes not doing that because he wont get half out of the vehicle as what he paid for it originally. Ive outright told him I want him to move that im done with this and its been going on long enough and that its affecting my mental health. Hes still there. I dont know what to do. Do I evict him, do I try to have another conversation about it, should I text it so I have it all in writing? Im at my wits end with this. I own the house. Theres no rent. Im going to apply for custody and child support. Hes also left loaded pew pews laying around that I have had to put away because we have CHILDREN. my son is autistic. I have the conversations about this in text when I found them. I want him out of my house.
