Just Bought A Home And Seller Broke Contract.

Location: Ohio

I closed on my home and moved in last Friday. Per the contract, all appliances were included with the home but when we arrived the seller had taken the fridge with them. My agent got in contact with hers and the sellers agent brought the fridge back, however in order to take it out of the home initially they had to take the doors off it. They brought it back in pieces and my stepdad and I had to figure out how to put it back together, but there are now several things wrong with the fridge. The fridge doors do not fully close and the freezer door is completely broken, they also cut all the water lines so low that we cannot reconnect them. My agent has reached out to the sellers agent again but what are my options here? I don’t want to have to pay out of pocket for a repairman to come out but it’s now been over a week with no fridge. Honestly at this point I would rather them take the original fridge back and just pay to have a new one delivered.
