Landlord Deciding To Void Signed Lease After It's Signed.

Since October of 2024, I have lived on a by-the-bedroom-lease with the same landlord. It's an annual lease beginning in October, renewed around January for the upcoming year (so we renewed for 2026-2027 back in January of 2026).

This year, I renewed like normal, with the landlord sending me an updated lease with new terms and me signing and accepting it alongside their representative.

However, now, a new manager seems to have taken over, and they've decided to invalidate a bunch of leases and re-rent those spaces at a higher price to new tenants.

To facilitate this, she has started making bizarre claims that I was never sent a new lease (I was) and that I owe them a whole bunch of back rent (I do not).

I have a copy of the lease they sent me that I saved, but they have deleted it from the online portal and all of their own records. I also have bank statements and check copies proving that I paid them on time, as always.

So despite the lease, I'm now being told that I have to leave in October, something which isn't going to happen, as I signed a new lease confirming I had the right to stay.

What is the legal right and duty here? I know the landlord can't unilaterally void a signed lease, but when push comes to shove, I'm a little worried about how far this issue might potentially go. I don't trust the landlord not to attempt a self-help eviction (categorically illegal in OR) or local law enforcement to take the right side here if they do try to force me out themselves.
