Landlord Threatening To Turn Off Water

Location: Ohio

Hello - like the title says I got a message from our landlord that he is going to shut the water off on Monday due to none paymemt. The water bill was added to our rent monthly and we are a few weeks behind on rent due to my partner losing his job after breaking his hand. Our landlord offered us out of our lease so we took it and told him we would be out as soon as possible (within the next week or so). He sent me a message on Wednesday stating we needed to be out by sunday and I told him that is just not possible as we have to clear out space at his moms to go plus move all of our things and it is mainly on me to do the majority since my partner is one handed. He said he just wants to avoid eviction.

Come to yesterday he messaged me our water is to be turned off Monday due to non-payment. We are a few weeks behind, there is no back paid rent past this month and honestly at this point worried we aren't going to have water or be in a legal battle when we are trying to get out already as soon as possible.

I guess im just looking for advice on what to do? is this even legal?? who am I supposed to contact or call for any help??
