Lawyer Said Sexual Things Over Text And Send Photos/ Info About Other People’s Cases To Me.

Location: Texas. I am scared rn, and don’t know wtf the right move is here. Long story short I am a stripper & got a DWI in November. I have already paid this attorney all but $200 I owe, and am so close to be doing with court. He started blowing my phone up after court one day, then over text got kinda weird, even saying “I wish you were sluttier” I blew it off but he popped up at the club I work at and we just talked. Then he sent an evidence pic of a ladies face beat up, that another client is in trouble for. Could I not sue?? I wouldn’t fuck someone’s life up for fun, but I do indeed think he was trying to smash me and has probably done some fucked up shit to other women. I really feel like that’s an abuse of power let alone unprofessional. I am going to call a lawyer 4 hours away Monday and talk to them, but do y’all think this is kinda serious or am I crazy rn?

EDIT- him & his wife own the law firm, so there really isn’t any “complaining” I can do, especially not rn. I feel like he thinks he can do whatever & women are just stupid. I have it alllll over text so I am not making this shit up rn.

EDIT AGIAN- I need to know if I need to find another attorney for this situation. I don’t want to say something and give him a chance to get out of it either, because I’m afraid of that too.
