long story short around this time last year mom moved out of Florida with my kids without my consent and pulled the I'm doing this whether you want me to or not card and last September I was granted joint custody and in January it turned into shared custody.

Mom has primary physical custody of the children because they established residency in Virginia and during the last hearing the judge explicitly told mom that a visitation order doesn't need to be put in place because at the time we were doing pretty good with communication and were making plans that turned into empty promises for the kids to come to Florida where I would have them for a bit to have my time with them.

mom is trying to dictate a strict routine on me which I have no issues following however she continues to not allow me to have my children even when I make visits to Virginia solely just to see them and unfortunately it only gets to be for 2 or 3 hours a day that I'm there.

does Mom have the right to deny me access and dictate routine when they are in my care? I have plenty of evidence and started submitting paperwork to the courts out there because she continues to say that I have no rights and no legal ground and that I will lose because she has primary physical custody
