Music Band Using Same Name As My Band

Hi there - I'm in the UK and have been made aware that a band is using the same name as my band and I'm not sure what to do.
My first commercial release was in February 2020 but the other band then registered the name in 2021 - 18 months after my first release. My understanding is that, legally, I am on firm ground here - I hold the legal rights to that name and can prove it quite easily.
But why is this a problem? Well, a label released my second album last year and went to put it on streaming sites only to find that it was rejected because there was already a band using my name. So, I am losing potential revenue here. Also, I've now had people recently contact me who have tried to find my music on google only to find theirs instead. I also played a gig and the promoter linked to their social media instead. So, it is a problem for me, especially as I wish to step up the amount of music that I release.
What are my options?
