My Cousin Stole 45k From My Grandma Who Has Dementia Plz Help

Location: Washington State

Background: I am 21 (f) and my dad passed away unexpectedly last year there was no will and he was taking care of my grandmother who recently got diagnosed with dementia. During that time I had to get a probate lawyer because there was some misfilings with the life insurance policy. And every other week I would drive home from school to take care of my grandmother. One of my older cousins reached out to me saying that they could help me handle my grandma dementia by claiming power of attorney over finances and medical stuff.

Today I came to visit my grandma just to hang out with her and get rid of some stuff. My father's girlfriend pulled me aside and alerted me to some weird charges on my grandma's bank account. claimed someone was stealing her money. I just thought it was a dementia thing but I was wrong. When I added up all the way weird charges on her bank account it was over 44k purchase is she did not make.

So I called my cousin And he admitted that he was "borrowing' money from her account to help pay for his. custody battle. He also claimed that he gave my father's girlfriend 1k for rent from my grandma's account and she confirmed that it was true. Honestly I don't really know what to do I have finals week coming up soon and I can't afford a lawyer or going to court.

Side note: my dad's gf is staying with my grandma and I am worried about her taking advantage of her while I'm gone..

Edit: I forgot to mention two more things. My cousin is in Ohio and he has also been stealing her insurance checks and making them look like they were directly deposited into her account.
