My Husband Is On Parole And Hasn't Paid

So myhusband served 12 years for shooting a guy and has been out for 7 years now, he has 2 years left on parole. My husband has been arrested 3 times for driving on bad tags, the 3rd time he was arrested he did 30 days for violation, he came out and they drug tested him during a check in and he failed. He had to do a drug class for 6 months, they changed his parole conditions and payment amount he has to pay from $60 to $90. At the time he owed $600, this was a year ago. He received a message one month ago, i guess because he hadnt reported since his class. So he called i on the parole line and reported. Last night he tells me he just recieved a letter saying he has to go to atlanta and take a drug test and pay on his what is now $1600 debt. He is saying TO ME he refuses to pay because he doesn't feel like he has too, and he bought some herbal pill to clean weed out his system in "24 hoours". I cant really tell him anything but , how is this gonna go? I need to be prepared because im tired.
