My Lying Drug Addicted Sister Got Temporary Guardianship In May And The Courts Ask Me To Prove She's A Drug Addict!!!

I'm doing a cross petition and a tro today,

However, my actively drug addicted sister offered to give my niece, 9my mother's choice of caregiver) a 2 week break for her birthday. Two days later, this sister went an applied for guardianship, swearing in filing and testimony, she didn't know where any other family members or interested parties were. I had no idea, I live in another state and my niece and I don't agree with the way shes choosing to care for her.

In December the court social worker found me and a hearing was held to introduce me and prove she was lying, because the whole time she was being prosecuted forassaulting me in a hospital family meeting! I told the court about that, about her drug addiction 9she was suspended from her job twice for failing drug tests , then fired, kicked out of a inpatient drug program in 2025, is living in goverment housing with a convicted felon, which is illegal, has knocked out my mother's 2 front teeth and other violence in the past..... You know what the court told me PROVE IT!

like I have access to my mother's dental records or my sister's court records!!! They put her income with an agency, my mom has a nice pension, SS and alimony, But left my mother in her care!!!!!!!!! She wouldn't even reveal where my niece, her daughter was!!!!!! They said when they visited my sisters home, my mother was neat clean and mute!!! She's not, in fact can still play scrabble, well.

I didn't have the money for an attorney, so I spent thousands, hunting down people to get affidavits from and now I feel I can file. Fpound my niece, who is horribly dysfunctional due to my mother's isolation & abuse of her (long story)

I want to expose this lying bitch online and her lying felon boyfriend who are both exploiting her. I have texts of him begging my niece for my mother's pension checks, saying he could cash them. video of him shaving her posted on FB and IG with a note subscribe for 99 cents for more!!! So much exploitation

I think as soon as she was proven a liar regarding not knowing anyone in the family's whereabouts and my accusations, it should have been the end of it. Has anyone experienced this? How did it play out? She is a loud Facebook Christian, and I feel like exposing her and not just to embarrass, but maybe get some more people, because I only have people, not any dental records, or drug rehab records due to HIPPA. I think the judge, social worker, and lawyer assigned to represent my mother are all nuts
