My Mother's Boyfriend, Whom Is Legally Not Allowed To Be Around Me, Is Living Outside Our House

He had hit me and broke a window, and after he went to jail she promised she'd never ever let him back up near us. Of course she was lying. It has been some time since he was out and now he's living outside of our home because she's letting him. Every day she's actively trying to let him in more and more, yesterday she asked if he could come watch a movie with her and sleep in her room, and I hesitantly agreed because I'm terrified of her kicking me out. She didnt end up letting him in but she wants me and my partner out badly, and keeps trying to get us out. I have chronic pain, along with a whole bunch of issues, and came out of the mental hospital early july after a suicide attempt. She expects me to be able to function as well as everyone else can when I can't. I can't get a job and she knows this, I really want one that'd be great if I was capable, but I would not be able to handle the pain and stress from it without attempting again. I don't know what to do from here. Is there any way I could get her boyfriend away from us without her being able to know I did anything? If anyone could recommend what to do from here, and how to get out of here as well, I'd really appreciate that
