My Personal & Business Ad Facebook Account Has Been Suspended; "trademark Infringement" Case!
LSS: We have an older stationary bike that we bought 2nd hand from Goodwill or another thrift store. It just sits in our garage; I put it up for sale last year on Facebook Marketplace, and while no hits or interest, we received a weird 'trademark' warning from Facebook and they de-listed it. I thought whatever, probably some AI bot mistake, as the images I used I took with my iPhone, and it was an AI generated content for the description. A few months later, FB Marketplace asked if I wanted to 'relist' the product, so I said sure. And then I get suspended a few weeks later. I've reached out to Bulbhead Int. via their IP@ email address, and no luck. They say sorry, but no 3rd party resells of any of their products, regardless if you own it or how you bought it! I am lost here. I have yet to hear back from Facebook appeal process. I manage not only my own business but other local small businesses though META Business Accounts for advertising and postings, etc. So now I have lost access to my META ad account and have lost the ability to log into META business too. Thoughts on how to proceed? Location: Manatee County, Florida.
