My Unborn Child’s Mother Is Threatening To Cut Me Out Of My Kids Life.

My (M21) unborn child’s mother (F22), who I am no longer in a relationship with, is threatening to cut me out of my child’s life. She is about 22 weeks along as of now and we have been arguing non stop because she has said that I am not allowed to be there for birth, birth certificate signing, and potentially not get any visitation.

I was skeptical about the validity of this pregnancy at first as this all started with a huge elaborate web of lies but at this point I have more evidence and have dropped all accusations to be there for her an our child. She has completely flipped the switch on me and claims I denied our baby’s existence and don’t want him in my life. I have told her on multiple occasions that I plan to be an active father and take responsibility over my son. As the weeks have been going by, she has denied several requests for future plans, including skin to skin after the baby is born, signing the birth certificate, and getting to know my son after the first few months. She claims it’s because the baby doesn’t know me since I haven’t been around her to talk to her from outside of the belly or to his appointments, however this is due to the fact that she has refused to let me come to any of these said appointments. I’m afraid that she’ll try to take legal action and lie about my willingness to take on responsibility that i’ll lose the right to see my son when he is born. I have tried reasoning with her but she doesn’t want to work things out and admitted that she never even planned on telling me about him after we broke it off. I genuinely feel like I might be out of luck because of how courts favor the mother in these cases. advice?

Sorry for the ramble, there’s SO much to this whole story but I wanted to break it down as much as possible, feel free to ask any questions.
