Narcissistic Mom Filed For Grandparents Visitation Rights

Hi, let me start off by saying I barely use reddit except to usually look up answers to my questions that someone else posted first. Idk how reddit really works but I know that for some reason I don't get much activity on my posts. PLEASE HELP.

I'm (30F). My mom has filed for grandparent visitation rights. She's extremely manipulative, emotionally immature, narcissistic, etc. I've been basically no contact with her since about October. Just received notice she filed on Dec 29 and the hearing is March 6.

I'd like any advice on language to use in the court that would demonstrate my reasoning for keeping her out of my daughter's and my lives and anything else that might help my side of this. I have already looked into getting a guardian ad litem but they said I can't request that until the hearing date.

I am freaking out because this woman is a master manipulator and I'm scared of how this will play out. I couldn't sleep last night and my heart keeps pounding out of my chest. My daughter is only 6 and doesn't understand a lot. I've only been telling her that I needed a break from Grandma and that we'd see her soon.

If this happens, I'm worried it would be even more emotionally taxing on my kid because we'd have to explain all this court stuff and the visitation, etc.

Thanks in advance.
