Not Sure What To Do.

For context I work mainetance.

My boss informed me that our pole lights outside were stuck on. I went to our breaker room to check the timer. The time appeared to be set correctly but the for some reason it never kicked the lights off. So I manually flipped the switch. I got shocked. It hurt my hand and burn some hairs off. ( I failed to flip breaker this is on me) There was a period between me flipping the switch off and then entering panic mode that I don't remember. I immediately went to my boss and explained the situation. My hand hurt pretty bad and I could calm down. I sat for about 10 mins then went to my boss to to potentially go to the ER. When I went to the office my boss wasn't there. I called them and they told me to wait until they got back so they could fill out work comp. I waited 20ish minutes and then my boss returned and immediately started searching for hospitals that they preferred me to go to, by which I said I had a hospital and a primary. My boss then said they would drive me. I declined. I had to decline 3x. My boss then said they would follow me to the er. I said no. They then said "it's part of protocol for drug testing" at this point I'm in pain I refused 3x so I grabbed my keys and left. My boss followed me all the way to the er. As I entered the hospital I explicitly said I didn't want them there. My boss followed me to the intake desk and stood there listening to all of the questions I was asked. The intake lady tried to hand me work comp papers and my boss grabbed them right out of her hands and sat down. So I went and sat down to wait to be called back. When I did my boss tried to follow me into the room and I told my boss not to enter and the Drs had my back and made my boss stay in the waiting room. I got checked out (minor nerve damage and they want a follow up) I leave and my boss follows outside by which they tried to take my after visit papers. I said no and said it was just a minor issue.

There is a lot more going on but this is just most recent. What should I do? I can't leave this job as I really need it. But I don't think I'm safe there. I don't get PPE equipment for working with harsh chemicals either. Location: MInnesota.
