Options For Speeding Ticket, That Might Be Wrong? I Want To Fight It But Not From Area. Location: Cochise County, Going To Douglas Arizona

In Cochise county, going to Douglas Arizona. 15 minutes away from my destination a cop pulls me over, to say I was going 80 on a 65. He was being nice, and talked in detail how my car was shaking due to speed.
But I was on cruise control at 70( A little over i know) I told him, but he wanted me to show him my cruise control speed, I told him it wont save the speed when i stop, because I had to pull over, and i wasn't speeding. He said the radar caught me at 81, and if I push the gas on cruise control, the speed can still go up, (which i never do)
He recommended me using my dash cam, because it can show speed but I had it unplugged of all times. Now I have the ticket, and plan to pay it to get over this and ask to go lower if possible and avoid court if i can, or go to driving school. I want to fight this but its his word over mine, and the real issue is I am not from this state and id hate to waste my time going to court when I could be working, Also have a clean driving record and class A license
Tldr Got pulled over for going 80 on a 65 when I was actually going 70, what options do I have?
