Property Management Has Laundry Facility Boarded Up For Past 2 Weeks

Card image cap

Location: Southern Oregon I live in an apartment complex owned by some skeezy corporate property management and they've boarded up the only on site laundry facility and it's been boarded up since 2/4/26 with a statement from management stating the closure.

Context: someone busted open the door to the laundry room, the door is fine but the door frame is damaged, and the electric key pad door knob no longer locks. Due to this vandalism, the laundry room was closed.

I'm afraid to make any type of complaint because recently folks have been getting no fault evictions and I don't have a car nor do I have any money saved up to even look for another place to stay. I know in the state of Oregon landlords are supposed to have a time frame for fixing things, but like I stated before it's been about 2 weeks and the laundry room is still closed. I'm probably paying closer to $60 just to do laundry across town at the only laundromat in town. I'm a little lost on what I can do, any advice would be appreciated.
