Pulled From Live Show, Venue Still Using My Name On Advertisements For Said Show After I Told Them To Stop

Location: Oregon

I work part time as a comedian and have a significant local draw.

I was recently added to a show as a headliner. Openers were also booked. The venue and booker (separate people) both added my name to flyers shared on social media, as headliner/top bill.

Two of the other acts don't care for me (due to a fallout I had with another booker a decade ago), and they asked for me to be pulled or bumped. Booker tells me it's a math issue (one act is easier to replace than two) so I get moved to a July show. Cool.

However, the bar/venue is still promoting the March event with my name on it. I have had friends text me saying they will be at the show and are excited I am playing Town, OR. I have had to tell them individually that I am not on the bill anymore. I called the venue and booker asking for my name to be removed from adverts. It has not been. The venue is still sharing the same flyer on social media after being explicitly asked to update it without my name. I spoke with the venue owner directly. They have still made no adjustments and put up a promo this eve with my name still on the bill.

If they continue to advertise me headlining when they know I am not on the bill anymore, do I have any recourse?

They are not selling tickets, but they are taking table reservations. Therefore I am confused as to whether or not my name (not famous in any sense, but definitely a local draw) being used to promote a show I will not be at is grounds for any legal action.

If so, is this small claims territory?
