This is what was advertised on Zillow:

This is everything wrong within 4 months of living in the home:

HVAC:
4 ton Freon leak
Total replacement 15k
Electrician needed for complete rewiring for heating element (previous wiring completely wrong)
KITCHEN:
Multiple outlets not working
GARAGE:
Epoxy poorly installed, flakes all coming up.
Right garage door rail installed to a 2x4 on the wall. First time use split the wood and rail detached from wall.
MASTER:
All new closet hardware needed due to previous not installed correctly/ripping out of wall and breaking from fall
Bathroom toilet leaking into subfloor causing warping and tile to pry up - water damage
SEPTIC:
New tank (Original) was crushed.. company didn’t want to take responsibility. New company installed and previous owners payed.
Venting never installed. Wasn’t code until 2024. All drains have septic gas coming out of it.
BASEMENT:
Gym floods when it rains. Previous issue.. clearly painted over… never disclosed.
Random areas walled off and not used or disclosed as to why or what it was before.
OTHER:
Water heater caught fire
Internet cords cut during renovation and not fixed
Improper drainage- accumulation on driveway/around the house
Bottom deck leaks from top deck due to improper water routing/drain/grading
WELL:
Intermittently working. Well table likely shallow. Entire house loses water.
