Received Cancelled Iphone Order

Sorry if this has been asked before; I could not find a straight answer anywhere for this.

Location: Washington USA

I ordered an iPhone Pro Max through a refurbished site and changed my mind and cancelled it maybe 5 minutes later. Card never charged in the first place so no refund needed, the order page says cancelled, got an email that it was cancelled too.

A week later I get a random package on my doorstep and it’s this new phone. I never received a shipping label or an update about this order besides the initial cancellation. No way they started shipping it before I cancelled because I ordered and cancelled it maybe at like 2 AM on a weekend. There is no record on my account that it shipped or was fulfilled.

My question is: can they demand me to ship it back, and if I don’t, can they sue me or do a collections referral? Will they charge my card?

I do not have a car or printer and am disabled and cannot easily access the nearest post office, not without paying for an Uber and printing/packing supplies. I will also be out of town for the next 3 months so I’m not physically home. Unless they wait until January and have someone physically come to my house then the return is not happening.

Is this such legal gray area that there is no straightforward answer to this?
