Repair Shop Let Another Customer Drive My Car While It Was Being Serviced And I Only Found Out Because Of Toll Notices

I left my car at a local repair shop for about 5 days because they were waiting on a part. A couple weeks later I started getting toll notices from places I definitely wasn't driving through while the car was supposed to be sitting at the shop.

I called the toll agency thinking maybe the plate was read wrong, but they sent me pictures and it's clearly my car. The dates are during the exact time the shop had it.

I went back and talked to the owner and after going back and forth for a while he admitted one of his employees gave my car to another customer for a day because their car wasn't ready and they needed something to drive. Apparently they thought mine was one of their loaner cars. I was never asked or even told this happened.

The owner offered to pay the tolls and give me a free oil change. I'm more bothered that a complete stranger was driving my car without my permission and nobody told me.

Do I have any actual legal claim here beyond getting reimbursed for the tolls? Also should I be asking them for something in writing confirming who had possession of the car in case speeding tickets, parking tickets or something else shows up later?
