Reporting Sexual Misconduct
im struggling to figure out where to begin. my ex was emotionally abusive and manipulated me to send him pictures and videos, making me feel bad if i didnt or even if i took too long. he still has them to my knowledge, and i recently found out he has leaked another girls pictures (he admitted to it over text but made excuses for it). this of course is worrying but not my biggest concern in this situation. he has lied to me our entire relationship and even before we started dating, and only recently have things come to light. turns out hes a rapist, and recorded himself having sex with his ex without her knowledge and sent the videos to other people. hes 17 right now so im not sure if that makes things different, and he lives in pennsylvania. his current girlfriend is 15 and if im not wrong, where he lives shes umable to consent. he has had intercourse with her before. he is also a cheater and a racist, but im not sure that helps prove anything in this case. im also trying to convict him for animal abuse, as he locks his cats in cages daily and i used to hear them yelping and hissing. im trying to figure out how to convict him without solid proof other than text messages. i can probably dig out more but its difficult, i am in contact with the ex he raped though. how do i go about this? he needs to be stopped.
