Restraining Order Worth It?
location: Los Angeles. Me and my bf have been dating for five years. For the past two years his ex gf who he only dated for less than a year in 2016, has been harassing us, stalking us, and sexually assaulting us too. I come to find out we are not the only victims. She messages me & my bf on IG, twitter & email accounts. She has sent me and my bf nudes, creates multiple fake accounts to just be a troll, has made fun of me for fertility problems, found out I was doing IVF due to her finding my Reddit account. Me & my bf have talked about this , whether or not to file a restraining order. I am a little skeptical bc if she’s being crazy like this now I can’t imagine how she will act or if she’s capable of sending people over to find our address. She’s done a lot of harm, mentally. We always ignore it and don’t engage but it seems like she doesn’t plan to stop. As stated, another girl messaged me saying this ex has also been harassing her ever since this girl started dating her ex. Is this worth a restraining order?
