Samsung Return Denied

The purchase was made online. Samsung rejected my return due to a report by "Total Retail Equation" saying that I returned too much. Which is probably true because I mostly shop online. (Is that even legal?) Anyways I requested to return the S26U because I had sugery and had some complications that will require me to be out a lot longer than anticipated, and could no longer afford the phone. They denied my return because of data in the TRE. I was within the return window so I escalated with TRE to get a accepted return and a return label l and was told the decision stands. So I filed a chargeback with Affirm. I won the chargeback case and the entire loan was credited. However I still have the phone. I've emailed the Samsung CEO office explained the situation and asked for a return label. As much as I'd love to keep the phone, I don't want them to end up charging me again. Any suggestions for getting a reply? It's been over a week. Thanks
