Seatgeek Fraud

Hi everyone - hope I can use your assistance. In the beginning of September I noticed a charge from Seatgeek for $2K. I’ve never used Seatgeek before so I tried reaching out to Seatgeek using their chat feature (as I could not find a number) and was not able to connect with anyone.
I reached out to my credit card (AMEX) and filed a dispute/fraud charge. AMEX credited the $2K and opened an investigation.
Now as of a few days ago, AMEX charged me the $2K as Seatgeek confirmed with them that whoever placed the order on my account had my personal info, zip, and CC number. They also provided an IP address to AMEX, but it shows a city I’ve never been to. AMEX provided me a customer service number for Seatgeek and Ive reached out to them detailing what has happened, but they keep saying there’s nothing they can do.
Is there anything else I can do? Am I just out of $2K like that? Any help/advice I can get would be helpful.
